| 2024-11-12 | Dear Members, Encroachments on to the colony roads is noticed from a number of houses bstructing free movement of Vehicles. These encroachments are in the form of ramps, steps, fencing with brick/concrete base for plants , sitting platforms etc. As a norm/ practice ,society has been permitting fencing for plants up to a maximum three feet from the compound wall. Any thing beyond three feet has a otential to cause obstructions. to free movement of Vehicles. Management committee, requests the members to remove on their own such encroachments in the next three months in the larger interest of our Society and it's Residents for which it will be very much appreciated. | 2024-11-12 | Notice to All Residents Dear High Members/Residents, This is to bring to the notice of all residents that kitchen garbage is being regularly collected by the Garbage teams in our colony. To further improve cleanliness and sustain a healthy environment, the Society Management Committee has arranged for a tractor or a suitable vehicle to collect larger waste materials twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of every month. This includes materials such as cut tree branches, mattresses, household items, broken chairs, etc. (except construction debris). These collected items are being placed at a designated location, from where GHMC clears them periodically. However, it has been observed that some residents, owners, tenants, and construction workers are still disposing of filled plastic covers, cement bags, and other waste materials along the peripheral roads. This practice poses a health hazard to the residents and has drawn serious attention from GHMC. Please be reminded that there are no garbage bins available within the colony for such waste. We kindly request all members to advise their households, tenants, service maids, and construction workers to avoid discarding waste on the peripheral roads. Such practices not only harm the environment but also disrupt the efforts to maintain a clean and healthy colony. We urge all residents to help us maintain cleanliness and take responsibility for proper waste disposal to ensure the well-being of everyone in the colony. Thank you, Management Committee |

It has come to the notice of some owners and Police personnel about illegal parking of vehicles in our colony throughout the day and sometimes night. Without the knowledge of House owner , Any Wrong parking of vehicle infront of car shed or infront of gates of house , may lead to filing a police complaint of wrongful restraint under the Indian penal code IPC against the person who owns the vehicle or who parked the vehicle infront of House owner gates. It may result in towing of Vehicles by police personnel. Please understand this and help the community without causing any inconvenience to the house owners. Secretary |

'Plumbing'. You will see request type 'unit level' pre-checked check 'is it urgent' if really urgent. Write in the box complaint details in brief eg. Kitchen water tap leakage...etc hit 'submit complaint'. Your complaint goes directly to the person to attend eg. to the plumber after the complaint is attended you need to close it by hitting on 'Resolve'. Medak M.P sri M.Raghunandana Rao Garu and submitted a letter indicating the two major long pending issues of our colony ie Sewerage Drain outlet from Hig and the approach road repair and relaying of road from Ashok nagar ,NH -65 side to Bhel township. We sought the intervention of our M.P with the agencies concerned in resolving the colony issues for which he has readily accepted to help. We are very much thankful to our Members sri Arava Ramakrishna garu, sri RVSNK AVadhanulu garu ,sri M.R.Rao garu for their effort in making this meet successful with our M.P.
